Somebody check my math: 100 long guns out of 3000 confiscated guns is around 3%.

3% is "not uncommon?"
There's isn't enough crime to warrant a person owning/carrying a firearm, but there is so much "gun crime" that we need to enact strict gun control. Which is it? Is there a lot of violent crime or isn't there? If there is, that seems like a good reason to need a gun for protection, if there isn't, they why do we need to ban firearms?

Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn is a veritable fountain of misinformation and anti-gun propaganda.

How many of the thugs doing the shooting could still be in prison for a previous "Felon in Possession" if prosecutors and judges would do their jobs? That might be a more useful place to focus on improvement rather than blaming the length of the gun Chief.
